Human37 in a nutshell
Human37 is the very first ‘Customer Data Strategy’ agency in Europe. We help our clients be(come) more data-driven & customer-centric. Our vision is to shape a world that provides better customer experiences for individuals, starting with the customers of our clients.
We do this by working on two main pillars: (1) we define, design and implement our clients’ data architecture and MarTech stack. (2) along the implementation, we help our clients operate their MarTech stack around identified business challenges and needs. We ensure our clients are deriving long term business value for their bottom line.

Your role at Human37
Your role as a Solution Architect will be to engage with clients and turn their business and customer data challenges into actionable solutions. You will actively take part and drive Human37’s data-led missions to multiple clients. Those missions will be driven by client objectives relating to data collection, MarTech implementations, and turning data into business insights and recommendations.
As a Solution Architect, you’ll work directly with Human37’s co-founders across a variety of exciting pan-European projects at the cutting edge of the MarTech industry. We are looking for people who can rely on their past experiences to drive immediate business and project impact. As a Solution Architect, being proactive and entrepreneurial with a business-first mindset is a must. You don’t enjoy being put in a ‘box’ but thrive in a flexible role and environment. You are motivated by growing and evolving in a fast-paced start-up context.
As a Solution Architect you will:​
Combine client- and business:

Guide clients through their customer data maturity journey from collection, to unification, insights and activation

Translate clients’ business context and challenges into actionable projects aimed at improving their overall customer experience

Build client relationships and engage on their business, MarTech and Customer data challenges

Participate in and lead client workshops

Engage in business-driven analyses to turn data into insights and recommendations

With technical:​

Turn functional requirements into technical specifications

Deliver best-in-class implementations of a variety of MarTech solutions (product & web analytics, CDP’s, …)

Tackle complex challenges such as customer segmentation, churn & CLV
​
​
Your profile
​​
-
Master’s degree (business, engineering, computer science) or equivalent
-
Minimum of 4 years of experience in either business consulting, data or MarTech fields
-
Fluent in English - our clients span across Europe. Additional languages (NL, FR, ES, DE, ... ) are a plus
-
Living in Belgium
-
Strong interest in new (marketing) technologies and the digital industry

Proactive and entrepreneurial with a business-first mindset: you are motivated by growing and evolving in a fast-paced start-up environment. You don’t enjoy being put in a ‘box’ but thrive in a flexible role and environment

Strong communication skills and an ability to break down complex information into relevant and digestible points for both colleagues and clients

Knowledge / notions of web analytics tools, CDP’s, A/B testing, digital marketing or marketing technology in general
